Magnetic Therapy Blog
What magnetic therapy products do you have stashed in your night table? I have many products that come in useful depending on the day, task at hand, or ailment plaguing me. I try and do yoga once a week at my local gym. My yoga teacher is probably 10 years older than myself and way more flexible. She can pose deeper than I thought imaginable. I didn't realize how un-flexible I have become until I started my yoga routine back up. I noticed the day after my class that I was pretty stiff and sore. Many muscles have been used that have been forgotten and everything hurt. I told myself this is a good sign, and reached for my magnets before hitting the sack. My right hip was hurting the most, the stretching seems to have annoyed the chronic arthritis/bursitis that tends to flare up. I decided to place my medi-mags approx 2" apart on pressure points that were the most sensitive in the hip flexor region. After taping the magnets in place, I retired for the night. Luckily the pain didn't wake me up in the night, and in the morning I noticed the painful points were supple and the pain was gone. My medimags came thru once again!
